What is Carolina HealthWorks?
Carolina HealthWorks is a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) created specifically for North Carolina employers with 2–50 employees. This plan allows small businesses to band together for better health plan options—with the flexibility, predictability, and affordability usually reserved for larger employers.
